It’s February, the days are getting longer, and we’re preparing for the upcoming season. Thera has just ordered the seeds, and I’m seeking implements for our new tractor. Soon we’ll be putting up our electric fence to keep out the deer, and by the end of this month, the first seedlings are expected to be in the greenhouse. This spring we are joined by two interns from the University of Delaware, who begin their regular work this afternoon.
This time of year is always full of promise. I look forward to seeing what it brings.
